Currently music can be purchased from OffBeat Music online (via PayPal), email or post, accepting Cheques, Postal Orders and most credit/debit cards via the PayPal system. Paypal is a secure online payment facility run by Google. For Overseas customers the currency converter may come in handy for local price estimation.

Placing an order

Currently we do not offer a basket facility. Choosing the BUY NOW option will take you directly to the paypal website where you can use an existing account, create an account or just supply details for a once off transaction.

Shipping and handling

Shipping will commence within 48 hours of receiving payment, subject to availability. All items are sent through Royal Mail. First class within the UK and airmail overseas. Postage within the UK for single items is free.

Returns

If any received goods are damaged or faulty, please contact us within 10 working days of delivery. We do not supply complete sets of music on a sale or return basis and do not accept returns of goods for credit or exchange unless supplied in error or damaged/faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
